The lineup for the Japanese Craft Pairing Selection includes a number of notable brands that the Beverage Director has gathered from around the country.These include BELLUSTAR TOKYO's original sake “TOKYO HACHIOJI CRAFT SAKE BELLUSTAR Limited”, aged sake, Japanese whisky and craft gin, Japanese wine and shochu, and cocktails and other drinks incorporating them for a total of 40 beverages.
Additionally, a ‘smoking’ desert that includes a message plate will be prepared for those guests celebrating anniversaries.
